Your first check-in

A check-in is how you record how itchy your pet is today. The goal is under 20 seconds on a simple day.

Steps

1. From the Home screen, tap the main Check-in button (or open the check-in sheet).
2. Choose an itch score from 0 (no itch) to 10 (severe). This is the only required step.
3. Optionally add symptoms (scratch, lick, chew, etc.), mark care given, or add notes and photos.
4. Confirm. The score is saved and the strip on Home updates.

Your first check-in is done. Over time, the 14-day strip becomes a clear picture for you and your vet.

What the score means

• 0–3 — Low or no itch.
• 4–6 — Moderate; worth noting; may need discussion with your vet.
• 7–10 — High or severe; your vet should be in the loop.

You can add more detail on any day (symptoms, notes, photos) when it’s useful.
