Sharing with clinicians

Track the Itch gives you two ways to share evidence with your vet: PDF reports and clinician share links (Pro).

PDF reports

1. Open Records → Reports in the app.
2. Choose a date window (14 days on Free; longer on Pro).
3. Download the PDF or email it directly to your clinic (Pro).

Reports include itch scores, care status, treatments, and notes for the selected window.

Clinician share links (Pro)

Share links let a vet view a live summary without installing the app.

1. In Records → Reports, scroll to Share with clinician.
2. Create a link and optionally set an expiry.
3. Copy the link or email it to your vet.
4. Revoke the link anytime in the same panel.

Your vet sees owner-entered data only — not a diagnosis. They can use it to prepare for the visit or follow up between appointments.

What to share before a visit

• A PDF covering at least the last 14 days (longer if you have Pro)
• Any uploaded lab results or visit summaries in Records → Documents
• A note on diet trial compliance if you are in an elimination phase

For your vet
Share links and PDFs summarize owner-reported itch scores, treatments, and parasite prevention. Use them to supplement history — not replace your clinical exam.
